Investigating

Between June 17, 17:00 UTC and June 19, 11:05 UTC, Test Reporting and Analytics experienced performance degradation due to a problem in our data processing pipeline.

This caused some builds to remain in the "Analysing" state for extended periods and impacted features such as Failure Category, which also affected the following triggers:
Quality Gates with Failure Categories in the profile
Webhooks with Failure Category trigger
Alerts notifications
