We experienced an issue on the Accessibility testing ingestion and dashboard between 10:57 - 11:18 UTC, which caused all the requests to fail and made the product temporarily unavailable. The issue was resolved by 11:18 UTC, and the service is now operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
