Resolved

Between 01:28 UTC to 01:32 UTC Accessibility Testing dashboards and Ingestion were unavailable as our DB instance was unreachable due to loss of network connectivity. A failover was triggered immediately. We have resolved the issue and all the affected services are up and running.
