Details:
Between August 1st and 4th, Test Reporting and Analytics users may not have received notifications via Email and Slack.
A recent system update intended to improve performance inadvertently impacted the notification delivery pipeline, preventing messages from being dispatched via Email and Slack.

Impact:
Email and Slack notifications were not sent during the affected period.
Other platform functionalities and channels remained fully operational.
No user data was impacted.

Resolution:
The issue was identified and resolved on August 4th. Notification services have since been restored and are functioning as expected.
