Starting 3:50 am UTC, We experienced a degradation in our terminal service due to which no terminals were available on BrowserStack for tests to run. Hence, we started a force queuing on the hub so that none of our customers' tests were affected. We released the queue once the service recovered.
The Live products (including App Live) were affected for about 30 mins. The Automate products (including App Automate) were affected for 65 mins. We sincerely apologize for the issues you faced in using BrowserStack and inconvenience caused due to this.
