Between February 8, 2026, and February 9, 2026, some customers may have experienced issues with Network Tracking feature during iOS tests running on AppLive.

The issue was caused by a misconfiguration in a backend service. The impact was limited to iOS test sessions that used the Network Tracking feature. Our engineering team has identified and resolved the underlying issue

All AppLive services are now fully operational. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and disruption this may have caused to your testing workflows.
