Between 2:03 PM UTC and 6:09 PM UTC, Automate & App Automate experienced degraded experience while accessing Build Insights or Test Listing pages on respective Product Dashboards.
During this time, Automate and App Automate customers may have been unable to access the Dashboard due to rate limiting. There was no impact on running sessions or sessions starting; hence, no downtimes were registered.
We began investigating the issue and root cause around 2:03 PM UTC. By 6:09 PM UTC, we completely recovered the dashboards. The service is operating normally now, and we have further added preventative checks for the issue.
